The Royal British Legion go behind the scenes to rediscover the story of the poppy. Tom Reeves photographs recent veterans in the same studio, with the same camera that his great grandfather used to photograph Great War veterans 100 years ago.

Still Moving captures personal responses to the exhibition Stories Seen Through a Glass Plate and memories of the Reeves Studio, as part of the Brighton Photo Biennial 2014 in association with Photoworks. The general public shared their thoughts whilst being filmed in the style of traditional 19th century portraiture. Filmed in the Reeves studio using the original Reeves large format camera.
